We coordinate high-cost care pathways with intelligent scheduling, integrated information and applied automation, so every patient completes their treatment and the provider keeps both clinical and financial control.
In high-cost programs, a patient may need five or more appointments a month across specialists, tests and check-ups. If one fails, therapeutic continuity is interrupted and the entire treatment is at risk, including its billing. At Asesoftware we have spent more than 30 years sustaining critical operations, and in healthcare we have solved one of the sector’s most complex processes: scheduling high-cost care pathways and integrating the information that process requires.
ALINA is Asesoftware’s intelligent scheduling model, born from our experience solving this challenge in healthcare. It is not a generic appointment system: it is a solution we build to fit each institution, on top of its own systems, so the scheduling team knows what each patient needs, in what order and when, and can assign it in the most convenient way.
We implement in phases, on the systems the institution already has. The code and the data stay with the organization.
Engineering with a CMMI-DEV Level 5 certified process and information security under ISO 27001.
Scheduling is the entry point. With the same integrated information base, the provider can extend that control to other critical points along the pathway.
A traditional system assigns appointments one by one. ALINA coordinates the patient’s full pathway: which appointments are mandatory, in what order, with which clinical dependencies, and how to group them to reduce travel.
For provider institutions, clinics and managers of high-cost programs — such as oncology, renal, HIV, rare diseases and chronic conditions — that coordinate several appointments per patient each month.
No. We build the solution on the systems the institution already has and integrate with them. The code and the data stay in your organization.
The care pathways of your programs, access to information on calendars, patients and medical records, and an operations and systems team to accompany the implementation. During the assessment we review together how ready your systems are to integrate.
We work under ISO 27001, with the information hosted on the infrastructure the institution defines. We apply the controls required by Colombian data protection and medical records regulations.
As a service implemented in phases that includes support and continuous improvement. The scope and the model are defined after the assessment.
