The Operations Management, responsible for handling the issuance and modification of policies across the Company’s entire product portfolio nationwide, had a basic control over the indicators associated with its daily processes.

This control relied on Excel files, which had limitations in the amount of data they could store, resulting in extended processing times causing delays in the delivery of critical information. Furthermore, they inadequately represented information, posed challenges in distributing to stakeholders, and had low data reliability due to the potential for intentional modifications.
