Information security policy

For Asesoftware, its own and third party information assets are a fundamental input for decision making and the provision of services offered to our customers, therefore, its confidentiality, availability and integrity must be ensured through the identification and control of information security risks and the definition of plans that guarantee business continuity.

Asesoftware and its employees are committed to:

  • Establish information security objectives and ensure compliance through the allocation of the required physical, human and technological resources. 
  • Comply with legal, contractual and business requirements. 
  • Implement, maintain and continuously improve the information security management system, in order to support the needs of Asesoftware and its customers. 
  • To protect the information accessed, processed, transported, stored, presented, communicated and disclosed by Asesoftware, in order to mitigate the negative financial, legal, operational or reputational impacts. 
  • To integrate information security to the life cycle of the Organization’s projects and ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the information respecting the authorization levels for the access and modification of the information. 
  • Train and sensitize stakeholders on the guidelines defined for information security in order to promote culture and awareness. 
  • Report and manage incidents and events affecting Information Security in a timely manner in accordance with the procedures and channels established in the Information Security Management System. 
  • Ensure the availability of business processes and the continuity of their operation based on the impact that may be generated by disaster or interruption events.

Personal data processing policy

Asesoftware guarantees the protection of rights such as Habeas Data, privacy, intimacy, good name and image. For this purpose, all actions shall be governed by principles of good faith, legality, computer self-determination, freedom and transparency.

Whoever, in the exercise of any activity, including financial, commercial and labor activities, whether permanent or occasional, may provide any type of information or personal data to Asesoftware and in which this Company acts as data processor or responsible for the processing, may know, update and rectify it.

Safety, occupational health and environmental policy

For Asesoftware, the health and integrity of people, mutually beneficial relations with the community and environmental conservation are fundamental principles that govern the work of the Organization through compliance with the following commitments:

  • Comply with current national legal regulations on environmental and occupational health and safety, as well as other associated requirements.
  • Design, implement and promote an integrated management system with the purpose of generating safe and healthy work environments, eliminating hazards and reducing risks that may lead to injuries and illnesses in our employees, contractors and visitors, generating a culture of self-care and prevention.
  • Implement effective environmental practices in the management of waste, water and energy within Asesoftware’s facilities and influence Asesoftware’s collaborators about the incorporation of good environmental practices in their environments.
  • To maintain available communication mechanisms with our employees and support groups, to ensure their participation and consultation on integrated management system issues.
  • Continuously improve the integrated management system.

Fraud policy

In Asesoftware we are committed against money laundering, financing of terrorism and fraud, therefore, the company will strictly comply with the rules that apply in this regard for employees, shareholders, customers, suppliers and other related third parties. Asesoftware will only establish contractual links with natural or legal persons that allow its identification and knowledge, as a requirement to access the products and services it offers or sells, and for the purchases made. Likewise, it shall refrain from registering anonymous customers and shall ensure that they do not appear under fictitious or inaccurate names.

The mechanisms established in the processes and in the compliance manual that allow obtaining the necessary information and the most relevant characteristics for prevention, monitoring and detection of unusual or suspicious transactions shall be applied. Given the above, the controls shall be applied as follows:

Collaborators: The natural persons who aspire to perform a position in Asesoftware must comply with the requirements set forth in the regulations and processes in order to have the information that allows verifying their background.

Customers, suppliers and/or contractors: Natural or legal persons wishing to be part of the register of suppliers and/or customers of Asesoftware, shall identify themselves and comply with the guidelines required in each of the processes, as well as the delivery of the required supports, in order to verify the data submitted.

Partners: If a new shareholder joins the company, money laundering control guidelines must be applied to verify the origin of the contributions.

Likewise, third parties will be consulted in the following restrictive lists of persons or entities that may be linked to money laundering or terrorist financing activities:

  • United Nations Security Council Restrictive Lists (UN List) and OFAC List.

  • List of fictitious suppliers
  • Attorney General’s Office and Comptroller’s Office lists.
  • Clinton List
  • Attorney General’s Office lists.

Additionally, other restrictive lists issued by other foreign authorities must be consulted, even if they are not binding. These consultations shall be carried out prior to the engagement of third parties (customers, suppliers, contractors, employees and partners).
