SOLUTION

  • We evaluated the user experience on the prioritized platform based on heuristics principles from the Norman Nielsen Group and key business KPIs. We validated the current state and highlighted key improvement opportunities.
  • We assessed the platform’s accessibility through a UX research perspective, following recommended practices of WCAG 2.1. We identified improvement opportunities in both user experience and code.
  • We defined user characteristics by leveraging insights from business understanding and survey data, among other sources.
  • Drawing from user evaluations and tests, we presented a report outlining the optimal path to update the platform, taking into account user needs and business objectives.
