Platform designed to address the market’s need regarding poor communication, management, and reach of logistics and parcel companies in Colombia. Through the entire process of design, discovery, interpretation, delimitation, and proposal, a website was developed where delivery control and process status verification are available. Additionally, an application for drivers was created, facilitating package delivery using a GPS system and QR code for a safer and more efficient delivery.
